2019 Land & Water Summit Sponsorship Terms & Conditions:
- Sponsorship logos must to be submitted as a digital image (.jpg, .tif, etc) or a high quality PDF.
- Sponsorships must be paid in full at the time of commitment, and before 12/31/18.
- Sponsorship requests received after 12/31/18 will be accepted, but sponsors cannot be guaranteed space in printed materials.
- Acceptable forms of payment include check, money order, or PayPal made payable to Xeriscape Council of New Mexico.
- The Xeriscape Council of New Mexico will not endorse any sponsor.

The 2019 Land & Water Summit has space for (6) 8-foot display tables in the general session room; sponsors are given priority for display tables.
Any remaining space will be sold on a first come, first served basis.
